We are super excited to finally announce that plans are underway for our Holiday Market & Toy Drive! This event which we are calling "THE GREAT GIFTAWAY" will be held on Saturday, December 3rd from 4-7PM at the Oviedo Mall Community Room.
The Great Giftaway will be a free event open to the public and we plan to have plenty of fun children's activities including balloon animals, cookie decorating and even Santa's Workshop where kids can come and make a gift for a loved one. As always, we will be supporting local female entrepreneurs by opening the floor to 25 vendors selling handmade items. We will also be collecting unwrapped gifts to distribute to families in need this holiday season. Our goal is to provide 75 families with a Christmas they'll remember for years to come.

Obviously, it is way too early to provide every detail but we want to get a jump on a few things and we are looking to our community to help! Here are a few things we need:
SPONSORSHIPS
We are looking for two presenting sponsors to come in with a donation of $1,500. Sponsors at this level will have logo images on all marketing materials including event shirts, will receive verbal recognition at the event and shoutouts across all social media platforms,
We are looking for two partner sponsors to come in with a donation of $1,000 who will receive verbal recognition at the event and shoutouts across all social media platforms.
Finally, our specialty sponsorship levels can be a range of product or service-based in-kind donations. We would love to find a company who can donate a candy bar for the children, materials for Santa's workshop and a photo booth for families. If your company provides these services and would like to donate them for the event, we would be so grateful! We know how stressful and discouraging the holiday season can be for families who are struggling financially and we want to provide an event that gives them the chance to get excited together.

VOLUNTEERS
Want to come help us spread holiday cheer? Email us at info@inspiringhandsfl.org to join the volunteer team. We will need elves to support setup, cleanup, toy collections, and everything in between.
PERFORMANCES
We would love to showcase a local dance group and/or children's choir/music act at our event. If you, or someone you know, would like to be considered to perform please reach out to us directly!
